Cancellation & Refund Policy

On-Site Courses

Cancellations for on-site courses are accepted up to 14 days before the class date and will result in a full refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the class date will not be refunded, however, the course registration can be transfered to the online version of the course or to a future on-site class within 6 months, if available. Cancellations after the class start time are considered “no shows” and no refund or transfer will be allowed.

Indoor Sciences rarely cancels courses. However, our courses are subject to change. If a course must be cancelled or changed, the registrant will have the option of receiving a full refund or applying fees to a future course. Indoor Sciences will not be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of course cancellation or change. Indoor Sciences may grant credits for online classes equal to documented fees incurred for canceling airfare, hotels or rental cars.
